Looking to return or exchange?
Our commitment is to provide our customers with the latest, most innovative, and impeccable products. However, if a product doesn’t meet your expectations, doesn’t fit as intended, or arrives damaged, you can easily initiate the return or exchange process through our dedicated return portal.
You have a 30-day window, starting from the date of delivery, to do so. Before starting the return process, please ensure that the product is in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached. Our team responsible for processing returns will inspect the item to ensure it meets these criteria. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged by the customer or have been used.
If you happen to discover any discrepancies, defects, or damage that may have occurred during transit, kindly inform us within 3 days so that we can promptly address the issue. Failure to notify us within this specified timeframe may limit our ability to provide a resolution.

If you encounter sizing or color-related issues with your purchase, you may request an exchange. The product must be in unworn condition with tags attached.
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will promptly process the refund to the customer’s financial institution. This process typically takes 7 to 10 business days.
For exchange requests, we will dispatch the replacement product as specified by the customer. The customer will be responsible for any price differences, and shipping fees may apply.
